Fraud Protection Policy

If we believe that you have made a false or fraudulent order, we will be entitled to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities.

We will perform an extensive validation of orders. This may include verification of shipping and billing information, phone calls to customers, verification of valid e-mail, cardholder information and cardholder authorization. We reserve the right to speak to only the card holder. If a fraudulent order is suspected we will wish to speak with the card holder and a phone number must be given to us. The card holder can not call us.

We may ask you to submit supporting information that may be required to verify the use of a credit card, Paypal account or Google Checkout Account. We may ask the customers to submit a scanned copy of the credit card and Photo Identification in order to completely verify the integrity of the order and to avoid credit card fraud.

Fraudulent orders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person, company, agency, or organization at any time, for any reason whatsoever.
