Returns & Refunds

At Haldex Parts we hope that you are happy with your purchase, however we know that sometimes you will need to return an item. If you are unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return your item to us with your receipt (This shall not affect your cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, please see below). We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on unused items returned within 30 days for internet purchases. All authorized returns must be unused and in their original condition, include all items and components that were included in the original non damaged package. Unfortunately we will not be able to accept returns if the box is marked, written on, torn or damaged in any way. Please send a copy of the original invoice when you return the part in order to avoid any delay in processing your refund.

 

Before returning your item(s) please contact Haldexparts Ltd for a return authorization and return address. This will help us to track your return and ensure you receive your exchange or refund promptly.

  

For faulty goods
If the item is faulty we are happy to offer a refund or exchange where available.
    We will arrange a pick-up service free of charge.
    All goods will be inspected before an exchange or refund is applied.

If the item buyer received was correct and not faulty, a restocking fee of 6GBP will be applied on a return, o cover shipment expenses.

We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 60 days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all such claims must be processed through the shipping company.
